  1. Welcome to IDEA SOURCE!
  2.  
  3. Please take a minute to read over the following information. 
  4. It has been provided to help you configure and optimize your 
  5. system for running IDEA SOURCE. 
  6.  
  7. You must have QuickTime installed into your system before you run 
  8. Idea Source. The QuickTime Installer is located in the SETUP 
  9. folder inside the Idea Source folder. Follow the on-screen 
  10. instructions to install the QuickTime software and then restart 
  11. your system. Idea Source will then run properly.
  12.  
  13. IDEA SOURCE was designed to function on a 
  14. computer equipped with no less than 8 meg of available 
  15. RAM, a 13 inch color monitor (640 x 480 pixels) with 256 colors, 
  16. and a double- speed CD-ROM drive. 
  17. Make sure that the driver software used to access your CD-ROM drive 
  18. is as up-to-date as possible. Check the version number and contact 
  19. the manufacturer of the CD-ROM drive for upgrades. If you are using 
  20. a CD-ROM drive that has multiple speed setting, make sure that the 
  21. driver software is set to the fastest possible speed. IDEA SOURCE 
  22. was designed to function with your monitor set to 256 colors. If 
  23. your monitor is set to anything other than this, the color pallettes 
  24. in IDEA SOURCE may not appear correctly. 
  25. Network users -  To insure smooth performance of all of IDEA SOURCE 
  26. QuickTime movies, make sure that you are not connected to a network.
